3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, hateful, obscene, defamatory or misleading content; harass others; spam; impersonate anyone; attempt to hack, scrape or overload the site; or misuse referral, contest, quiz or leaderboard features. See our Community Guidelines.

4. News, education and directory information

News, education updates, panchang, weather, cricket scores and business listings are provided for general information. Some content is compiled or rewritten with the help of AI and third-party sources. Please read our Disclaimer.

5. Business listings and boosts

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing. We may approve, edit, reject or remove listings at our discretion. Paid "boost"/featured placement improves visibility but is not an endorsement or guarantee of leads or sales.

6. Premium membership and payments

Premium is an optional paid plan that removes ads and adds member benefits (current plans: 30 days – ₹49, 90 days – ₹129, 365 days – ₹399). Payment is made by UPI/bank transfer and the plan is activated after we verify the payment. Fees and features may change with notice. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Contests, points and rewards

Contests and rewards run under the rules shown on their page. Points, badges and leaderboard ranks have no cash value. We may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated or against the rules, and our decision is final.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, logo, text, code and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial sharing with credit.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, ads and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, data loss, downtime, or actions of other users. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of these terms or for legal reasons.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
